Best ADHD app ever! Can't subscribe until next month so have to uninstall for a week and will miss it. Take the 43 items off of your todoist list and make it realistic by dropping into this app one at a time and setting the amount of time you think it will take to complete each item. Then stop when you realize you don't want to work after that time of day. It brings time blindness up against realism! So needed and appreciated. Plus you will wind up with the actual time it takes to do each task.

Absolutely loving Llama Life! I've been trying to find my productivity groove for years & finally have it figured out. I'm using Todoist to keep my projects & tasks organized, and Llama Life for my daily focus & getting tasks done - I love that it syncs with my Todoist daily list. I'm using most of the features (background noise, chimes & alarms, morning routine, pomodoro etc.) and am really happy with it all. The price is fair and support is great too.

Can do nothing without paying for a plan/doing the free trial. Thought his would be an app that lets you do most things limited (a free plan) but no. The page for the app should say that instead of wasting people's time who are trying to find free fun but useful tools to help with ADHD.

★☆☆☆☆ Anna (Annelle) · Dec 25, 2024

Looks fascinating, but you can't even try it without a subscription (even if a free trial is included). Personally, I prefer a one-off payment to a subscription (which is very rarely justified), but there's something particularly sinister about subscription-based apps aimed at people with ADHD. They'll get excited about it, but then forget to cancel anyway, won't they?
