Llama Life is a daily task planner and organizer, designed to help you focus on ONE task at a time - so you're not just making lists, you're actually getting THROUGH them!
Llama Life let’s you set a countdown timer for *every* task. This concept is called ‘timeboxing’, and the idea is to create a (positive) constraint around the time we have to do something. The goal is to try and give a task 100% of our attention, until the timer runs out. This helps to increase focus, and gives us the mental space to think about ONE thing at a time.
Llama Life also let’s you know your total List Time, and the estimated finishing time, so you can be more aware of time passing, and plan your day.
We also love celebrating the wins, big or small, so very importantly, you get confetti (woo hoo!) when you finish a task. You can also personalize with color and emoji to get lots of variety and keep things fun and fresh!
Llama Life offers a 7-day free trial, with a Monthly or Annual subscription.

I think I'm in love with this app! TIME will tell, but it seems to really help to list things for the day & give me a realistic timeframe they'll take place (based on time I set per task). Also LOVE prioritizing what's on my 2DO list, if it shows me getting to sleep at 3am to complete them all! PLUS new feature to save tasks for later - then activate 2DO NOW is genius! Paid for a month 2B sure I use it but think this is the PERFECT 2DO NOW list & ADHD timer so far + LOVE app's UX/graphics! 💞

Absolutely loving Llama Life! I've been trying to find my productivity groove for years & finally have it figured out. I'm using Todoist to keep my projects & tasks organized, and Llama Life for my daily focus & getting tasks done - I love that it syncs with my Todoist daily list. I'm using most of the features (background noise, chimes & alarms, morning routine, pomodoro etc.) and am really happy with it all. The price is fair and support is great too.

Looks fascinating, but you can't even try it without a subscription (even if a free trial is included). Personally, I prefer a one-off payment to a subscription (which is very rarely justified), but there's something particularly sinister about subscription-based apps aimed at people with ADHD. They'll get excited about it, but then forget to cancel anyway, won't they?

Can do nothing without paying for a plan/doing the free trial. Thought his would be an app that lets you do most things limited (a free plan) but no. The page for the app should say that instead of wasting people's time who are trying to find free fun but useful tools to help with ADHD.

Cannot start trial without giving out the payment data. Which for a ADHD app is deeply predatory. Edit: as it is the tradition the developer replies with a non-answer.
