Although the app is very basic but the support is worse I missed an opportunity to buy stocks due to technical issue and no one helped to solve it the messages they don't reply and the calls no one picks up. The worst nightmare of trader is this app. I will be looking for other options locally soon

Absolutely rubbish app. Failed when attempting to create an account. Since I can't create an account online, my only other option apparently is to go to the branch and waste my time. I am looking for another broker. It's such a shame when you lose a customer due to a terrible app that ADIB probably paid a lot to create. They should ask for their money back. Also, ADIB's helpline wasn't remotely interested in solving this problem. Disappointed.
