No security, AED 4696 was debited without received any OTP, after that bank told me wait 30 to 180 days, me suffered a lot. This bank can't have enough security, common people can hack this bank. I have never seen such the worst bank in my life, guys be alart one day ur money also debit like me, this is the worst bank security. This bank cheating customer, one of the worst security system No customer support Customer only suffered a lot Bank management sleeping Bank not taken care of customer money

Fix your crappy app! This is such a frustration! I have invested thousands & I'm not able to do any trading at all because of your crappy app! There is a problem EVERY SINGLE DAT! Each day I'm losing money because of you! Why can't you fix the damn bloody thing??! From morning, I have tried to log in from my Samsung, my iphone & my computer for the past 5 hours & the damn thing is not taking in the otp token number, it says TIME OUT even aftr 2 seconds of generating & entering the OTP! What the hell is this nonsense???!!

Fix ur damn bloody app! What a shitty app! I downloaded it yesterday & after much difficulty was able to log in. Today from 10.15am i hv been trying to log in to do some trading on my stocks & now it is 1.45 & this shit app is still loading! Loading loading loading dats all I'm getting! I have reached my threshold of patience now! Such a bloody shit app! Fix ur damn bloody app! It's nothing more than shit!
