Convenient & Effective I've been using this app for about 2 weeks and I really like it. I go through each of the 8 levels every day, and that might sound like a lot, but it really doesn't take very long, though it's a nice workout. It's especially convenient when I travel because all I need to work out is my phone. The video demonstrations are great, and I like the 'random' button you can use to change up the exercises. Overall, it's been an easy way for me to workout my abs every day -- recommended.

Anti android! :( I got this app becAuse my brother has it on his iPhone and it was great so I got it on my android stupidly thinking it would be the same all this app gives you is a 3 second video on a exercise unlike the iPhone version Times you and you can select workouts it's terrible on the android I would stay clear of it and not waste your money until they update it like the iPhone!!

Sluggish... It's very likely that this app has been ported from the iOS version without any optimization. The content is great, though. But what's the point of providing great content in a sluggish way?

Badly done Not optimized for different screens - on my Galaxy Nexus doesn't fill the whole screen and hides the status bar. They obviously just ported iOS version to Android - it's not how you make great apps guys! The content itself is okay although more detailed instructions would be better.
