I have loved this app. Until now, as it tells me I have to update but, when I hit the update now button, it takes me open or uninstall. Then, when I hit the open, it tells me to update. So I hot update now, and it takes me to open or uninstall, which takes me to update now. To open or uninstall to update now

The app used to work pretty well. Now, it won't let me log in at all. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it--changed my password--and it still hangs up on the log-in screen. This does not make me happy.

Pretty terrible app. Biometrics constantly fail and have to be renewed, weird bug codes, app crashes. Pretty scary that a company managing your retirement accounts cant get a freaking app to work properly.

I hate to be forced to rate anything, that's what this app has done. They would have gotten I better rating if they had asked if I WANTED to rate it

Pretty bad. Biometric unlock doesn't do anything. Linking an outside account only lets you see your "net worth" but doesn't do anything else, and there's no way to unlink an external account. The platform overall is unintuitive and gives the user almost zero control over anything. This might be a limitation of the product rather than just the app - all transactions must be made through a financial manager. You don't really control your assets through Pershing.
