This app is designed for the elderly. The UX/UI is atrocious. I constantly experience error messages. I have to believe that it is so poorly designed to force you to work with their admins.

Your app can't the catch the mistake when the amount entered doesn't match the amount shown in the check image while making a mobile deposit. In addition to it, a wrong mobile deposit can Not be canceled few minutes after the deposit is made.
