The app is featured rich, fully functional, and visually easy to navigate. Useful notifications. My only complaint is that it inexplicably runs in the background which drains the battery on Galaxy S25 Ultra running One UI 8.6 Android 16. Device Care prompts to put app in "deep sleep". Permitting deep sleep prevents notifications and updates. Must not allow app to do this.

Really great app after you learn to use it only gripe is changing or canceling an order doesn't have a quick selection button once you know what you're doing it's just a couple clicks but that's my only gripe.

I don't like that when stocks aren't combined under its ticker symbol rather than listed separately per purchase. It makes it difficult to close a position multiple times for the same ticker symbol. That's terrible for traders.

This app is TERRIBLE. I am disgusted with it. Their best app was the classic app, which they got rid of a few years ago. I have opened accounts at other brokers to try and switch. It's hard because so many things about Fidelity are excellent, especially the fact that they have local offices. I have loaded the latest updated app onto another phone, and I hate it even more. I think they are trying to compete with Robin Hood to make it jazzier.

Updating my previous 5-star review. Since the latest user interface update, the positions view is so frustrating and difficult to stare at, that I am USING THE APP LESS. The stock positions are confusing enough, I have almost given up on checking my options positions. Please go back to the previous classic view. I have removed the symbols and updated settings. The floating positions view vs. the previous classic view, is a big step backwards. I hope it changes, and can stay with Fidelity.
