Every time I've called Fidelity, I've had a really good experience with the reps. I only considered using a different brokerage because their app is more user-friendly for purchasing stocks. Their customer service makes it hard to re-consider another brokerage.

I like this app but for the past two months I've been unable to do any trading of reits as it only shows transactions when clicking on them no buy trade or sell buttons. Also with the latest update I now have to click trade then buy or sell in the app which is annoying it was better when you had the buy sell buttons on the bottom as an option when clicking into a stock with the multiple screens experience selected. Because now it requires more clicks to do the same

Ever since the new app update, I have not been able to use fingerprint unlock on my Pixel 9. I have enabled everything on my end, and the Fidelity app forces me to try to set me up for biometrics every time I open it. However, it keeps giving me the same error message that it can't take new applications for biometrics at this time. Since I use the app many times a day, and I can't sign up for biometrics and I can't disable it asking me every time I open the app, it is very, very annoying.

I would love to give you an actual review of the app... but that would mean I would have to have actually accessed the app. I go to create an account; put in all my info; get ready to log on and NOPE... doesn't recognize the password that I just entered. Try multiple times. Give up and say I forgot PW. Go through process of entering another PW. Go to log in, and it says it can't display it because my username is my SSN (???). So for S's and G's I use my SSN as username...still NOPE.

Please have setting to turn off order canceled when adjusting price for limit order, spoke to fidelity tech support and was told it's currently not possible to keep order filled alert on and turn off order cancelled alert whenever I adjust the price of a limit order, I'm not cancelling the order, I'm only adjusting the price of the order, but the system keeps alerting the obvious and making beeping sound early in the morning at PST waking up family and kids, other firm doesn't have this alert
