Very basic app and simple to use, only complaint is that the price shown for many ETFs on the screen is always very different from the live trade price. I've used other trading platforms which closely follows live prices for the same ETFs.

The app is easy to use. Gives the basic information you need. Customer service is quick and explained in non jargon terms. If you want to deposit money or withdraw the speed is almost instantaneous. I have tried other share service apps and Free trade beats them all The only issue is you have to learn what to buy and when. Free trade can't help you with that, but they have some good guides. Downloading it is the easy bit then the hard work starts of learning how to invest.

Don't do it! The customer service is atrocious - if you need help with something, you have to message an AI chatbot, then wait 3 days before a human gets in touch, & even then every message is a slow back & forth. They messed up my pension transfer, and the whole process took two weeks to resolve. Although they didn't resolve it, they just took two weeks to admit they messed up. They also lost money I transferred to them for my ISA. And still, I am stuck messaging a chatbot. Feels like a scam

2 days I have not been able to get into my account as the app keeps asking me to open a new account with the email address I use to log in. context customer services, and they say 3 more days until they will reply. Totally unacceptable when you are dealing with stocks. Avoid this company

Not sure why they are providing line charts and no candle charts, technical indicators. In simple terms, I opened account > tried to invest > understood the quality > withdraw the money in one day > started investing with another app.
