Very happy with this app. I was using my Bank's ISA account to save money and wasn't really getting anywhere, so I tried their LISA + ISA. 1 month in I am seeing great results with very good interest rates. The app is easy to use. One unfortunate thing was that it started taking 90p from my bank and putting it into the savings every week, I may have missed a condition or a default setting there, but it was a little unclear and have only noticed it after looking further. Would recommend nonetheless

Ask a question and get 3 wrong answers which shows questions are NOT being read correctly. Why does it take 4 people to actually read the question properly and give an answer? The other 3 must have just guessed what I'd asked. And don't get me started with pension drawdown. It took 12 months for my partner to get her pension and that was only after she got the financial ombudsman to intervene, even then, moneybox tried to ignore the request and the ombudsman had to intervene again.

Decent interest rates, but the UI can be confusing as well as slow withdrawals and balance updates. Makes it a lot more difficult to manage your money when there are many others quicker open access accounts that are instant.

The whole platform is impossible to navigate, and you also make it very difficult to transfer your ISA out. You automate transfers in but then force people to use a paper based manual process to try to transfer out. This is deliberate ploy to trap people in. Very poor customer service
