You’ll need to have at least one individual or workplace pension plan, or ISA, with Royal London. To register you’ll need your plan number, which you can find on your welcome letter or annual statement. As soon as you register you’re ready to see your savings and more.

The app has been telling me that I am unable to view my plan information for months now. It used to work well. I'm not interested in anything else but checking my pension status. Very disappointing.

Haven't been able to log in the app for more than a week. I'm getting the "We're sorry, but we're not able to show you your plan in the app. Give us a ring...". I called customer support, and they weren't able to help. Only suggested to uninstall and reinstall the app which didn't fix it. There is a lot of info missing on the website as apparently they're changing systems and some of the customer's data wasn't migrated. This is a major issue, not being able to have full control over my financials.

All I want to do is check the value of my pension once a month, but there's always some sort of issue. Either it gets stuck "we're fetching your details" or "sorry, we're down for maintenance", and I end up using the website instead
