Easy to transfer my other pension to Pension Bee, although I could have done with a little more help to find them. So far the investment is going well. I had the need to withdraw some of my funds recently this was so easy, and I received the money promptly. Would recommend.

What's happened to the app? Seems to work as a web app now and it's atrocious! Why mess with something that wasn't broken.

This used to be a really fantastic app, and used it for over 5 years. Now however it directs me to webpages, and as some have already pointed out my pension figure seems to have massively increased since the upgrade. I used to be able to see how my pension was tracking on markets via the app, but this feature seems to have been done away with. Seriously considering switching to another provider, and Pension bee if you respond please don't use your copy and paste answer!

The new update is awful, it used to be a well laid out user-friendly app. Now it is a web based app, and in particular making new contributions from bank accounts is much worse. The app used to nicely link directly to bank app where you could use biometrics, now it takes you to your banks' website which is much more cumbersome to log in. Please sort this out.
