Absolutely Terrible. I am unable to log on to my pension account. The reset password link doesn't work, my previous password doesn't work. The previous app worked perfectly. This was an unnecessary change.

Cannot log in to app after moving from the dhl pensions, use original details to login, utter garbage.....

This is a useless app - back to dark ages. Very little functionality, and from what I can see no ability to set your own login credentials, you have to generate from main website. This is so WTW. Professional reputation, but technologies back in the 90s. WTW charge enough, and pay employees handsomely, but nothing invested back in usability or clarity of their products. WTW will lose out to the many better players - one for FCA to watch too! Not very Consumer Duty friendly.

Cannot log in wants a username and password generated from pension portal. This is the portal there is nothing else. If I could give zero I would.
