The app works great and is user-friendly. I recommend that everyone download the app on your personal phone to keep track of your service request applications such as for your buyback, request service time, update as needed, your address, phone, and email or your retiree application when the time comes and lastly added your beneficiaries. I have no complaints here with this app.

I like it 👍 and I'm able to see how much more I got to go to finish paying off my loans, but sometimes I forget my password and I know how to find it for me to get in, I highly recommend for anyone to use this app, it helps you to stay up-to-date, and know what's going on with your pension, how much it's put in for your retirement. Thank you.

Worst app in the history of apps. 1st you can't enter your log in info without hitting the sign-in button as if you entered the info already. Also keep getting error messages saying unable to process your request even though I haven't requested anything yet. Can't see pertinent information either.

Garbage. Getting session timed out error while I'm still attempting to log in. If I am able to log in, getting an error that my information could not be processed. Figures an app run by the city wouldn't work.

If I could 0 stars I would always gotta get a code to log in from the same damn phone I use all the time at home in the street I have to do this. And when does nycers update info because I'm looking at info from last week. Update Nov 30 I can't get any info for my account
