I used the app to transfer 3 pensions into my Standard Life one. I'd been putting this off for years as I thought it was going to be a nightmare. It wasn't at all. You just give the provider, policy number and amount and that's literally it, done. Takes 5 mins max. It 'holds your hand' through the process with optional info, so you're aware of what you might be risking and asks you to confirm if you feel happy to proceed at each question. And no log in issues as others have previously reported.

The Standard Life UK is easy to use. I was received letter from Standardlife.co.uk with plan number. I had to register my online account. Where can see how much you've saved. And can check how your investments are performing. And can view what your plan might be worth, when you retire. First what I did, just scanned the QR code after registered online and using my plan number to register. Login to be able to take control of your plan. Unable to put one time code. App just goes back to password field

Every time this app goes out of focus it puts you back to the login page. This might be ok, but it makes it very difficult to register. When I tried to get my account no from an email. I had to get a new email and start again. Then I attempted to use a password generator. The page closed, and I had to get another email link and start again....

I can't get onto my account! Every time I switch from my email back to the app, to enter the One Time Code, it resets back to the login page. So frustrating! Edit: I'll just use browser instead

On the app, if you forget your password and request the code, when you go to your email app to grab the code, the app will restart the process and take you back to login page! It becomes impossible to ever enter the security code sent to your email if you can't access it!
