Single best financial decision I took was to sign up at Frankly. Very easy to use, UI is great, procedures are easy. The only critic I have is the very basic performance tracking. Especially the graph.

Simple app, does what it says on the tin. Two remarks. One major, one minor. Major: since switching to my new phone (Pixel 4a 5G to Pixel 8) the app doesn't log in anymore. Can still login with same credentials on old phone - so that is not the issue. App gives no feedback on wrong password even if it is wrong. Looks as if it doesn't even send credentials anymore. Reinstalling did not help. Minor: the app does not save credentials or does not have fingerprinted log in for ease of use.

ID not recognized? Why can't I upload a PDF or JPEG file of it when the app fails stupidly to scan a simple document? I can't even type my ID manually after several attempts. Hope they'll fix this (Galaxy A71)

Changing the language to another language than the default language of the Android device doesn't seem to work, although there is an option for it. Rather annoying. Was the app even tested?

The app gets stuck in the sign-up process where you need to check and confirm the entered data. I hit "Ok" and get returned to the same page again. Major bug! Should not be deployed like this! And yes I know you're sorry to hear blabla... I'm sorry too ZKB

App stopped working. I open it and it freezes. I reinstalled it, and it completely froze on the first page. I cannot click on anything. It is useless, and I cannot access my account differently, because there is no web interface!
