I have been using it for several months now, and it has always worked flawlessly. I'm glad that they provide a second factor that cannot be easily intercepted (in contrast to mTAN). Also, great to have the ability of registering multiple devices. Changing device and adding a new device worked as well.

Stopped giving me access to E-banking. Requires activation in this exact E-banking. What kind of vicious loop is that?

This doesn't work. I try to scan my code, and it says the contract has not been made and makes me scan it again. It's really getting on my nerves, please FIX.

I'm sure this app was intended to be useful, but it's such a drag to use. I can't even transfer a small amount from the zkb banking app on my phone without using access app and it doesn't even work. Banking doesn't work either.

The app has one purpose, to log into your e-banking account on your computer, but it doesn't work. After having been I contact with tech support, they've told me they're aware of the bug, but haven't fixed it yet. Will switch to UBS soon, at least these guys know how to make an app that works.
