The best bank on the Swiss Market in my point of view. Have tried several and that's the best. Customer service is great and banking like it should be. State guarantee for money protection. I love this bank

I have been using it for several months now, and it has always worked flawlessly. I'm glad that they provide a second factor that cannot be easily intercepted (in contrast to mTAN). Also, great to have the ability of registering multiple devices. Changing device and adding a new device worked as well.

Switching from Mobile to a new Mobile was difficult. Some day it worked. Why?

This doesn't work. I try to scan my code, and it says the contract has not been made and makes me scan it again. It's really getting on my nerves, please FIX.

I'm sure this app was intended to be useful, but it's such a drag to use. I can't even transfer a small amount from the zkb banking app on my phone without using access app and it doesn't even work. Banking doesn't work either.

Stopped giving me access to E-banking. Requires activation in this exact E-banking. What kind of vicious loop is that?

The app has one purpose, to log into your e-banking account on your computer, but it doesn't work. After having been I contact with tech support, they've told me they're aware of the bug, but haven't fixed it yet. Will switch to UBS soon, at least these guys know how to make an app that works.
