Hope it's possible to delete my account in some way, this whole bank is trash. I'm not even able to get online Banking I'd need to tell my new bank to close the account at the OLB. They made a whole IT disaster by trying to create a special way of confirming I really want to reset my login. I need to generate a letter with the app or Desktop application, problem is: It doesn't work in any way. Don't get how they even still have costumes.

Confusing & Misleading Directions It's so easy: download an app that has dreadful reviews, ceate a password, get transferred to a page called app-zu-app Aktivierung, and bingo -- you've reach a total roadblock! The page freezes. Directions to type "zur Debussy Bank App" can not be implemented. Why? Because to go on you must first download the Debussy Bank App, fill out information, confirm it, and ONLY then will the OLB site permit you to proceed. Trouble is, it doesn't tell you that.

Hello. I have a problem with the app. It started when the term of one Fest geld ended, and I opened a new one: 1) I do not see the new Fest geld in the app, no matter how many times I refresh. But when I log in to the web version of the online bank - it is there. 2) Something very strange happens in my Postbox in the app: 2 letters cannot be opened due to persistent error, and another one is completely different between the app and the web version. Web version works fine. Please fix the app.
