The app has really improved in the last releases. One small feedback that I have is relative to instant transfer: this option should be in the same screen as the execution date. If I want to do an instant transfer is because I want to do it now, not in the next days.....

Smooth UX and reliable app. One reason to switch from the old school Postbank to ING Diba was the versatile ING app. English language support would be a booster for foreign customers!

A decent bank but a terrible app that acts as adware malware app. Daily bombards users with useless marketing ads from ING. And the only way to disable them is by disabling ALL notifications including the important ones like confirmations and transfers. In fact, you can disable notifications for transfers but NOT disable the ads. Shame on you ING. A decent bank doesn't SPAM users.

It's 2026, and it's still funny and sad at the same time that such big banks cannot hire a translator or even let the AI do the translation for them. Even the old school banks like Sparkasse have English apps, but ING doesn't.
