Due to the recent introduction of the €4.90 monthly account maintenance fee at my bank, I’ve decided to explore alternatives. While I understand that costs may rise, customers are also facing increasing financial pressure. The €1,000 monthly income requirement at ING suits my situation well. Additionally, the convenient ATM access at ARAL stations and supermarkets is a practical advantage for everyday banking. Recent english requirements and ads make me think twice :?? Could be the best bank

Why "repeat transfer" was removed? It's very useful for the regular payments. I've never seen before that an app was worsened instead of improvement.

I would appreciate language selection. Overall app is nice does what it should, transaction time for each transaction would be a plus. Actually is a missing feature.

The app does not send push notifications for incoming bank transfers or outgoing payments despite all settings being correct

This a decent app with different features than many other banks in Germany. I am highly disappointed ING bank not providing English app to German users. As funny enough they offer English app and web-portals in different countries starting from NL to India. Why not in Germany?

Why do you not have an option to disable ad notifications? I don't care about them. I'm already a customer, stop sending push notifications for random things and offer notifications categories. You are supposed to be a serious bank.
