★★★★★ I'm very happy that the app has an English menu and I don't have to use 2 phones to navigate it). And in German manner I think it could be even better if it gets translation to the registration menu, and other parts outside the main menu even with Google Translate or similar service.

★★★★★ Sparkasse is one of the best Banks in Germany especially in Hamburg. They have excellent customer service both in Germany and English. Their mobile App is amazing, reliable and Update.

★★★★★ Good. But sometimes transaction of entry not showing in list of transaction.

★★☆☆☆ The worst online banking ever. 1. You get no information for your bank movements, jo notification, no sms, no nothing. 2. You have to download Push tam app for no reason. 3. No English language. 4. If you dare to log out for some reason you have to go to a store that no one speaks English and pay 5 euros to unlock your mobile banking or wait for the qr to come to your home 2 or 3 days and to unlock it. USELESS!

★★☆☆☆ I am Romanian. There are no options in Romanian, although there are many Romanians who use Sparkasse. THE BANK DISCRIMINATES ROMANIANS!!!

★★☆☆☆ My account was blocked (yes, I can't have access to my own money!) for the second time out of the blue. The first time, the reason was: they tried to call me and didn't reach me, so they blocked my account to have me calling back (!!!). And it was something irrelevant. Always have headache with the online banking... Leaving this bank as soon as possible.
