It's been two days since my online Sparkasse app didn't update, it kept and then asked for an online pin, when I gave it it said wrong, I did change twice but still wrong.

The bank and the app give seamless, fast and a major online (app or email) support to their services without having the need to be present in person for every little procedure. As an international student and then an employee in Germany, the ease of German language support given to me throughout for over 6 years is highly appreciated. It's one of the best bank service providers I've ever experienced.

The worst banks ever. Staff lacking experience, app never worked, always takes money for nothing just made up by the bank itself even if you have online banking you still paying for peppers version, and you will never get it, credit is impossible specially if you are on job center even if your credit schufa score is over 800 from 999. You still don't get it anything from them,,,I apply for credit cards from different bank and approved in the next day with over €10000 limits, compared to sparkas

Bad UX, only half is translated to English even if you select English in settings. Funny in 21st century! The banks must sell their products but product section is NOT in English. Typical German approach to business - nobody cares, everyone wants to leave the office at noon on Fridays. The app does not even save templates if you toggle the switch! Do you think anyone from Sparkasse reads this feedback to improve the app? Wrong. Deutsche Bahn kind of app.

Zero trust in this bank. They can block your card because of your nationality and say they do not discriminate, justifying that it is the EU that sets the rules, and they just follow them. Ridiculous. They won't attempt to help if you are effectively cut off from cash withdrawal. They will smile on your face and just say sorry.
