The App it works well, but sometimes the people who work in the Bank, don't speak English through the phone...sometimes It's hard to get help from them.

Worst bank ever. They close your account and KEEP YOUR MONEY without any warning. Bad customer service that instead of helping you, try to scold you as if it the bank were theirs. Email responses take forever.

I withdraw money from ATM or I pay something at a shop online or offline, the balance does not change. The same is when I receive money from my employer I have to wait a whole day for my account balance to drop or increase.

Last Time update is very bad 11/24 Synchronization doesn't work real time with value of money, previously time I going to my account details to see how much money I have rela time. Now this option don't work, and in top value don't change, this is mistake need to be fixed to be real time money to see synchronization, please fix it.
