Terrible APP and bank. Avoid at all costs. The APP has an English setting. But not all menus work in English. The navigation is a mess and the ads are spammy. They offer an android APP but no Google Pay. Which respectable bank in 2023 doesn't offer Google Pay? We've regretted opening an account with them. Will close it and move somewhere else.

Again the app was updated and locks me out of my account with error RC_053 G. Because app TAN stopped working, there's no way for me to approve any of my transactions, such as paying my rent. I have to use my ingdiba account. Thanks HVB.
