Well programmed, easy to use, secure, but not invasive. Works well on security and privacy focused Graphene OS. Other banks take security shortcuts, but ZKB has been reliable throughout the years. This app is one of the major reasons that I and others stay with this bank.

Good app, FYI to the developers. Sometimes, when I select to open a PDF using the app, the qr code is not found, I'm guessing it's because the qr code is not on the first page. Please take a look.

Everything I would have love to discuss per telefon, you will be redirected to the banking and app. Obviously many things do not work as wished, so we as customers are getting into troubles and telephonically you will be treated as you made a mistake, nobody makes him/herself responsible. Classic low level customer service. App was made better with the time, it still lacks all the agreements and costs are not transparent, so all in all kind of incomplete.

A bank that locks you out of your assets when you're most vulnerable is one not worth staying with. After a phone accident and with both arms broken, I was unable to access my funds due to rigid security measures requiring a second device. No flexibility, no compassion. My first move after leaving the hospital will be to close my account and take my money elsewhere.

A solid app with some quirks. The Savings account is set as default what you see when you open the app. It's also set as default when paying bills, and paying from Savings account can incur fees. So why is the Savings account set as default? There is no option, that I can see, where you can change which account is default. There is also no "Contact" option in the app where I could ask for support on this... Edit: Default payment feature still not available one year later.

The latest update doesn't work on my phone. It's not able to scan any qr codes anymore and im now forced to buy a new one. 👎
