Assets - Overview of accounts and custody accounts - Most recent bookings and balances - Overview of mortgages and loans
Payments - Enter payments, account transfers and standing orders - Scan and pay invoices - Approve eBills and add eBill billers - Check and edit pending payments
Invest - Buy and sell stocks - Personal watchlist - Search for equities, fonds and bonds - Status of your orders
More - Manage and block bank cards - Download documents - Open new accounts and custody accounts - Order CHF or foreign currencies - Send and receive messages - Find important or emergency phone numbers - Get ZKB Nachtschwärmer ticket for the ZVV network (for ZKB young or ZKB student packages)
Recent changes: You can now activate the ZKB Mobile Banking App via the ZKB Access App, without having to go through eBanking Web. You will also soon be able to use ZKB Access to log in. The new login will allow you to use ZKB Mobile Banking on multiple devices.
Note: This is one of the last versions for devices with Android 9. Install Android 10 or newer so that you can continue to use the app.

Well programmed, easy to use, secure, but not invasive. Works well on security and privacy focused Graphene OS. Other banks take security shortcuts, but ZKB has been reliable throughout the years. This app is one of the major reasons that I and others stay with this bank.

Add expenses monthly statistics with list of grouped expenses below sorted from max to min, so that I can switch month back and forth and see diagram as well as year statistics barchart with monthly columns. I don't want PDF, I want to see my expenses and analyze what is happening.

A solid app with some quirks. The Savings account is set as default what you see when you open the app. It's also set as default when paying bills, and paying from Savings account can incur fees. So why is the Savings account set as default? There is no option, that I can see, where you can change which account is default. There is also no "Contact" option in the app where I could ask for support on this... Edit: Default payment feature still not available one year later.

The latest update doesn't work on my phone. It's not able to scan any qr codes anymore and im now forced to buy a new one. 👎

A bank that locks you out of your assets when you're most vulnerable is one not worth staying with. After a phone accident and with both arms broken, I was unable to access my funds due to rigid security measures requiring a second device. No flexibility, no compassion. My first move after leaving the hospital will be to close my account and take my money elsewhere.

Everything I would have love to discuss per telefon, you will be redirected to the banking and app. Obviously many things do not work as wished, so we as customers are getting into troubles and telephonically you will be treated as you made a mistake, nobody makes him/herself responsible. Classic low level customer service. App was made better with the time, it still lacks all the agreements and costs are not transparent, so all in all kind of incomplete.
