I am unable to log in to pensionseva portal since last month after update. Screen displaying "User Is Not Registered ". When re-registered once again, screen displaying "Account Already Registered ". Pl do needful.

Now unable to open the app. It asks to update and then says your device not compatible with new app & contact the developer. What is the problem don't know. My device is Galaxy Note 10 with all capabilities. What new problem created ?
