The app is user-friendly, and I can easily access my account information, transfer funds, and pay bills on the go. The features I like the most are: - Easy fund transfers between accounts Real-time account updates - Ability to pay bills and taxes online - Customizable dashboard for easy access to frequently used features.

★★☆☆☆ For transferring money, no OTP is received in my registered mobile number and hence no transaction is made through this app. Since last week while downloading the account statement only 0 byte is downloaded, and it doesn't open in the microsoft app. Please sort out the problem. To maintain cash book and account of the office we need the account statement on day today basis. Even now I am not receiving OTP while trying to do transactions through this app.

★★☆☆☆ Poor service third class platform don't recommend anyone to open the account in SBI and use their services.... One of the worst platform I have been ever used for payment
