Worst app I have ever seen in my life ... a thousand time ask for password change.... each time, create confusion with 3 types of password.... login password profile password ID password exactly which one you want.... then only 3 attempts left irritating warnings.... password change after every 90 days .... I hate this app . It creates such frustration when we need this app to work in emergency situations.

I would like to share my feedback regarding the app’s performance. While making payments, OTP delivery is frequently delayed. Even after entering the OTP, the app sometimes asks for it again, and the payment confirmation takes a long time. I also face login issues with errors like “Login expired” and “Unable to process your request.” These problems create a frustrating user experience. Please investigate and improve the app’s reliability and performance.

SMS messages don't arrive whenever you make a transaction. Even if they do arrive, it's a matter of chance. Your bank has such a big name, yet you can't solve this small problem. I know this is beyond your control because I've spoken to customer service several times before. I don't expect it, but I still hope you'll respond to my question.
