I am trying to set up my UPI ID in the YONO SBI app, but I am facing an issue during OTP validation. Initially, the app does not automatically read the OTP from the SMS when the app lock is enabled. Also, after I resend the OTP, the app does not provide an option to enter the OTP manually. Because of this issue, I have exceeded the daily OTP validation limit and am currently unable to register my UPI ID on YONO SBI. Please help me resolve this issue.

I rate it lowest because even the account holder doesn't have the rights to manage transaction rights. And the branch in which holder is having account are nothing but illiterates who don't even understand the issue.
