I completed very detailed in depth research to move my pension to a low fee self-managed platform it came down to two choices Interactive Investor or A J Bell, both a very good but Interactive Investor just edged it on fees, future flexibility of the platform, and I found their documentation and explanation of fees now and any future pension fees more clear a d concise

Fails to log in with biometrics every time, reporting "wrapped error". Luckily passwords still work.

Very easy to trade and see holdings. I have multiple accounts (trading, ISA, two junior ISAs) which are all managed through the one login. Trading features are complete enough for my needs (Buy, Sell, Limit to buy/sell, UK and US markets, funds). One helpful feature is that displays your average for that holding, so you don't have to work it out yourself. I'd love for it to have a widget for my home screen to display up-to-date prices. I have to use a different app for that at the moment

Unfortunately it is not a seamless login process on my android phone. The biometric login doesn't work. Once in it is fine, but login issues need fixing.

App doesn't work after latest Android update! And can't access the website from an Android phone (Pixel) either.

Infuriating experience. Logging in can require up to 10 successful fingerprints then when wanting to trade it says "we need more information" and takes you to their website to log in yet again then nothing other than a message saying their service is better in the app and a link that takes you to the Play Store! Either get some testers or sack the ones you have.

Annoying. Trying to log in on my phone, it directs me to the website, then tells me to use the app if I am using my phone, then directs me to log in on the website, directs me to use the app. Repeat ad infinitum come on guys, this is basic stuff. Just tried logging in again on the app, still doesn't work. It has been a problem for several years, and they haven't been able to fix it.
