The app will not let me sign in. I can sign in fine when just going through the website, but the app refuses to recognize my password and email address.

I just can't ever log in. I know the password and email address are correct as I can log in online. But it is noticeable that before logging in online I have to select which pension type I have (mine is Target Plan) - does the app only work for other Argon pensions? I was told it should also work with mine, but I've had no joy for months now.
