The website and app have several interface issues. Transitions between links and tabs are not smooth, making it difficult to access specific account information on each screen. Additionally, there is limited functionality for adding new external or internal accounts, such as transferring payments from a checking account to a Platinum credit card. Furthermore, customer phone support requires additional training, as none of the representatives were able to answer the questions mentioned above.

Newest version of the app is garbage. My old phone would open the biometrics prompt when I started the app, read my print, and log in without any problem... No sending me a text for a code, never failed to pop up the biometrics prompt, and was always fast. This new version on a new phone? Nope... None of that works! Biometrics? Nah, you gotta click the biometrics login link. Then it ALWAYS wants to send a code to login. You just read my fingerprint, and now I have to enter a code too?? And SLOW!
