App malfunctions when you click to see the pending and hold transactions. When you click on either one it just flashes open then closes right back. It did not use to do this. I hate not being able to see what I still have pending etc.

Great concept, poor execution. I can't tell you how many times I've logged on, and it said "Oops no info here." Even when I just try to see my checking account balance. It's buggy buggy buggy. I'm sure they will get the issues resolved since it is a new app. But I hope it happens quicker than it seems to be. I did like the simplicity of their old version, but I understand that they had to make a big change to keep up with the other apps available for bigger banks. I'm patient! I love boater!!!

I do not like this new app at all. It now does a collective total of all your savings and checking accounts up top rather than your just your checking account. It lists your savings account first. The holds/pending are in a separate spot, so you have to check those separately. Then transferring money it involves more steps, and it only shows you the account number and not the total within the account.
