I have been with canopy for many years. Not once in all those years have I had a problem that the credit union staff has not been able to help me with. They are amazing. The app has been getting more and more unstable. (Samsung S22 Ultra) Before the latest update it was taking me on occasion 3 open, login, and app closes before the accounts showed. After this last update it can take 5 or 6 app closes to eventually show the accounts. I am an IT person, so I am fine with the close it, try again approach. But many users are not going to do this. Please fix.

Absolutely horrible! You can go years of paying on time an ahead on your bill then the moment they don't send your amount due you get nailed an don't own up to their mistake. Bunch of bs
