In Last week the mobile deposit feature keeps crashing the app. Please Fix!!!! Love Achieve CU... this app keeps crashing when trying to do mobile deposit! Update. I Uninstalled and Installed app again. It is working Perfect! This should be something developers tell us...!!! I have a phone that it is 3 month old.flagship line... it's not the phone.I know that!!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Worst banking/credit union I have ever been associated with. Can't get Belle to work, can't update personal info, can't change email, can't talk to anyone because customer only available during regular banking hours. Run as fast and far away as you can from this company.

It is near to impossible to mobile deposit a check. When you try to take the pictures of the check the app crashes. If you do finally get the pictures taken and tap "submit" it tells you there is an error (of various types). This is super inconvenient. Very bad. I love Achieve, but I can not go on like this. I now live out of the area and a must-have a well working mobile deposit feature.
