I just started with Affect today 07/02/2026, and yes I rate it at 5 stars because so far it's everything I am needing and want to help me in my recovery journey. I don't think I will change my rating, the staff I have spoked to are amazing, they're truly inspiring, and they as well show me the very support anyone in active addiction or anyone in recovery needs and deserves.

I checked into an f f e c t I was going to go with them, I spoke to a girl there, and she was gung-ho about signing me up, although I wanted to check with my insurance company to make sure I didn't lose out on any other services they were providing for me, I told her I'd call her the next day I did they couldn't even find out who the girl was I talked to apparently they're two girls by the same name, and they acted like I had the wrong phone number so how could they get the treatment right

To be fair you should probably fix you website, there should be no reason when someone is seeking help to join online only to download your app and be told" we do not operate in your state" sorry have a good day.....so very helpful btw
