To be fair you should probably fix you website, there should be no reason when someone is seeking help to join online only to download your app and be told" we do not operate in your state" sorry have a good day.....so very helpful btw

This is possibly the worst app there is out there I would not recommend this app if you have a mental health crisis I would recommend using a different app

You all fail to accept my insurance I have the same ID number but it's a new insurance provider that you accept and your still trying to deny me im pissed and need your help this is how you help the community...wow.im deeply appalled ....horrible service. I feel discriminating going on
