The Work it Health Program deserves the highest amount of stars possible as the people are great, it's 100% online, and is even 100% covered by medicaid, at least for me in MI. I also firmly believe that the program saved my life! From years ago helping me make the changes I needed to stay clean, to today still guiding me in my recovery some 7 years later. The Work it App on the other hand, I'd say solid 3 stars. Usually works well but occasionally has its issues. Still room left to improve.

Good but REALLY EXPENSIVE. They should introduce teirs. It's $75 a week which comes out to $300 month and the prescription cost, if out of pocket, is a minimum $245mo. The $75 a week could be worth it if maybe you are someone who benefits from the group discussions/forums, but unfortunately I am not one of them so im literally paying $300mo just for monthly appointment and drug test which totals a whole 70 min a month that I use the app. They do take insurance but won't be active till August

I’m giving this app one star because it only takes Medicare, not Medicaid, which doesn’t make sense for younger folks dealing with addiction. Most of us aren't 65+ or on disability, so it's not accessible for the people who really need it. Besides that, the overall idea of this app sounds great & could probably help people who haven’t been able to get support from other typical treatment programs. I was actually excited to try it until I was denied bc they don't accept my insurance. Bummer 😕
