Description
PursueCare provides virtual, judgment-free addiction recovery services for individuals struggling with alcohol, opioids, stimulants, and other addictive substances. We also provide support for co-occurring mental health conditions.
Same-day admissions are available so you can connect with care and start treatment right away. You’ll receive immediate access to a team of addiction and mental health specialists including physicians, psychiatric providers, counselors, pharmacists, and case managers. Our in-house pharmacy, PursueCareRx, can fill your prescriptions and deliver them directly to you.
We accept many private insurances as well as Medicare and Medicaid.
What’s Inside the App - A personalized treatment plan tailored to your recovery for alcohol and/or other substances. - Private video appointments with licensed medical and counseling staff that fit your schedule. - Access to FDA-authorized digital therapeutics for 24/7 recovery support. - Low-cost medications shipped directly to you. - Ability to access details of your treatment plan and chat with your care team.
How to Get Started 1. Download the app and create an account. Fill out your profile by answering some basic questions. 2. A Patient Access Specialist will contact you to complete your profile, discuss insurance and/or payment options, and set up your first appointment. 3. Meet with your clinical team. They will assess your needs, create a personalized treatment plan, and write any necessary prescriptions. 4. Meet with your Case Manager who can help keep you on track and connect you with helpful tools and resources to support your recovery. 5. Start your journey to better health and a better life.
What to Expect Treatment happens on your time, when and where it is convenient for you. You will have access to on-demand check-ins with your Case Manager, at-home drug screening, self-assessments, and regular therapy and MAT appointments. During these appointments, we encourage you to bring up any questions or concerns you might have.
PursueCare does not let any third parties track user data, and we do not disclose protected health information for any reason other than to facilitate care. We do not collect and sell any data to third parties for advertising or other similar purposes. We do not record patient visits or store data from patient video visits on their device.

I have been using the Pursue Care app and services since its inception. I love the convenience of having an entire care team with pharmacy services all in one place with the best option being no traveling! This app has been a lifesaver!! It is so easy to get mental health treatment over my phone by video and plus with them having their own pharmacy my meds are overnighted to my hous or shipped. Pursue Care has made the fact that I don't drive easy to get treatment! Plus I live in a small area to where we don't have many options for mental health TREATMENT but with this app I get the same treatment if not better than I could get locally!! Thanks pursue car

Give or take a year ago I was a PusueCare patient. I tapered down on my medication and graduated (that's what I called it). But now I'm in need of help again and can't access the app. I have emailed but can't get a reply. Do they not understand that withdraw is a very serious thing? Have a backup plan. I started the 11th still no medication. I'm sick bad sick. They don't care about you. I HAVE TO START LOOKING FOR ANOTHER SOLUTION. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO RECEIVE HELP MAKE SURE I DON'T RELAPSE

Their allowed to cancel appointments the staff or not show up and just send in meds. They treat you like a druggie pos scum. When they cancel fine if something happens on your end you will be penalized. I was locked out the app called them days before my appointment wasn't resolved until after, and I was penalized. They don't care about you their more ego based judgmental who don't realize your the customer their suppose to provide not dictate or punish you. Been w them two years & looking 4 bet
