Member for almost 4 decades. In my opinion, if one is not using this credit union, they are missing out on banking. 6 out of 5 stars for the staff, who work hard to build a positive banking relationship with their members (not customers or account holders, or account numbers). I use the app all the time. I rarely go to the branch. Member-Member transfers feature has been in the works forever! Insurance, credit cards, and investments, I tried to use, but personally went nowhere.

Degrading user experience, with latest upgrades I am not able to Log in on the app. The app was working fine and now is unusable, because I cannot log in. I can not enter my username and password, only the Login button is available. When you select the Login button nothing further happens. I tried it on two different phones (pixel 9 and 10pro) and the result remains the same. PLEASE FIX!

Awful credit union. Doesn't work with you on anything. Got behind on ONE payment due to health conditions that cost a lot in co-pays. They keep sending me notices of repossession even though I've spoken with Ivonne multiple times and set up a payment plan for the past due balances. That doesn't matter to them. I am harassed weekly and when I email Ivonne, after we set up payment plans, she tells me if I don't make a payment immediately I will be repossessed. This company SUCKS 0 stars.

The app is okay, but I can't give anything with the banks name on it more than two stars. They say they are shared owners with us and that's why they're more human than regular banks, yet my experience with affinity is often being treated like a number rather than a person.

Ever since they dropped the savings account APY to 2.74% there's truly no reason to keep your money in this institution.
