Great bank but agents say they can't help with account issues only debit card and credit card through their banking allows them to retract payments, stop payouts, file fraud, and close cards only. The automated ia is corrupted because the in store app rejects data and claims it cannot find or identify. Unable to establish user account here in this application. Agent at affinity said my account may not be valid anymore? I just opened account 2 weeks ago - I don't need this app anymore, thanks.

7/5/26 just reinstalled, and it's happening AGAIN! 5/25 it's happening again! 4/13-still happening again 3/24 Update: The same issue is happening again! This newest update will not let me log in on a regular basis. I keep getting the error message that "Mobile banking and the mobile banking app are down...' I have called text support, and they say make sure I've got the newest update. Well I do, obviously. I have uninstalled the app completely and reinstalled it; still with no luck. Arg.

I have no words anymore for this company. They have failed time, and time, and time again in every manner. The mobile app is horrendous, abysmal to say the least. What really broke the camel's back was when a complication arose in my personal account. It was frozen due to said complications. When I asked affinity how to right this wrong, I was told I'd have to make a whole other bank account at another bank in order to fix the issue with them. I was told it's my problem, not theirs.
