Don't use the My Goals features. I set up automatic transfers Fromm savings to goals, and was charged 'excessive withdrawal' fees. I never withdrew any money, only auto transfers within the bank, using what seemed like useful options which they provide. My Goals are just a money making racket.

Would be nice if this app would actually be of use with the mobile deposit has never worked in the dozens of attempts to deposit money always write what I need on the back signed everything just to say suspended a day later oh don't even try to resubmit the check bc ypu can't resubmit something they can't take

I have more trouble with this app and this bank than any other online experience. I can't even create a login successfully. This is to manage a shared account from a city I no longer live in. If I had the ability to call or speak with the bank in-person, I wouldn't need the app! Every. Single. Time. Though. I am given a message to call or come in. The other party on the account has no trouble accessing, so why is this an issue??

I've never used a worse banking app in my entire life. The amount of time I can't change over money or use my card in general is insane. I've made complaints directly to the bank, and they said they would handle it, never did. Definitely recommend going to a different bank
