I've been with this bank for over 20 years. The employees have always been helpful and professional. They've helped me with my account more times than I can count. I must get used to the new name. Yet even the name change lets me know the leaders of the bank are willing to change, to update, to find ways to meet the needs of it's banking family. Way to go Fort Hero's National Bank.

I've had this app for years and now it's saying it's not compatible with my phone. I was using this app on my current phone for a year and was advised to uninstall and reinstall the app because my belle wouldn't work, and now it's not compatible. How? I have the S23 Ultra.... Upset...

DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO TRANSFER MONEY AFTER 10PM. Left this bank 5 years ago and came back to it as a secondary bank to Navy fed, THEY STILL DID NOT CHANGE A THING. I was in Austin and needed to transfer savings into Checking, so I could Gas up, and head home. Had to wait until morning to do so. I am EXTREMELY lucky I was not stuck in Austin on a Sunday night, needing to report in work Monday morning, as the bank Only allows users to transfer funds around 6am. NAVY FED IS BETTER & HAS AUTO TAP!!!

Would do negative stars if it let me. By far the absolute worst banking experience I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Constantly locking debit cards, locking my account because I try to use my money. Constantly getting hung up on by customer service not to mention just how difficult it is to get a hold of someone in general. This bank is the worst please choose another you will thank yourself later on. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about how this bank deals with clientele.
