Way Too Many glitches, updates, sign-in issues, etc. Does not allow for Top-Notch service for our clients. Period. We should be able to utilize Smart Claim! Or, at very least facsimile/email. Having this (and snail mail) as our only resort to assist w/ filing claims has brought us to the bottom of the ladder w/ our policyholders, business owners, and our competitors. I used to be able to take PRIDE when pitching FLAC to new policyholders about the ease of filing claims. Can't do that anymore.

Poor app at best. Why not allow agents to scan a file and email a claim for policyholders. FLAC has done some dumb things in the past, but this may be the dumbest yet. The app takes horrible pictures of documents and is tedious to use if you have a lot of documents to upload
