This app is for you if you are enrolled in an FSAFEDS Health Care FSA, Limited Expense FSA and/or Dependent Care FSA. This app makes it easy to submit claims for all FSAFEDS benefits, for quick reimbursement or to direct payments to your provider. Use this app to submit claims any time: • Health care claims – simply take a photo of your receipt with your phone • Dependent care claims – capture your provider’s signature in the app or submit a photo of your receipt Also: • View your current account balance and other important plan info • View all claims submitted via the app, online or fax • View Claims & Activity, all transactions for all programs, just like on our website • View the Account Statement for available programs, just like on our website • Update your Profile & Preferences, sign up for detailed emails and texts, just like on our website Help on how to submit claims, and next steps This app requests permission to access SMS (to automatically read and enter the one-time PIN received via text message) and your phone (to initiate a call to Customer Service) – both at your request.

Easy to install and use. My only complaint is for over the counter items, The app makes it look like you are requesting reimbursement for a doctor's appointment, not a piece of over the counter medical equipment.

I keep getting an error message that the server is unavailable even though my internet is solid.

App doesn't work at times, the app only shows about 5 claims at a time so if you submit more than that, you can't track if it got approved or not. The notifications for denial can be more understandable. It is very frustrating to manually input every claim.

Login fails to load due to server error on mobile app. Login on mobile browser or desktop works so the app is not syncing correctly. The login screen always redirected to browser anyway and any detailed info on the app needs to redirect to the browser so the app is really only good for submitting photos and files on claims. Overall terrible UI/UX.

The app has always been great but for the last month has been giving me a server error every time I get past the phone code to log in. Iv been having to go onto the website to submit receipts for my benefit. Hopefully someone reads this and fixes it.
