This app is fine but if I MUST have a PIN then why do I also need a password and if I have only ever used one device, it seems dumb that I have to get a text to use the same device. The rules change every time I try to log in. silly.

This app is not intuitive to use and doesn't even include all the necessary information. Even the reason for receipt denials can only be found in the website which makes the app seem pretty pointless.

It now requires you to set up a passkey, which I'm already annoyed about. I go through the prompts, enter the code it texts me, and it says with no information whatsoever about why, that it cannot set up a passkey. Then it requires me to go to a THIRD PARTY SITE to give THEM my information to verify that I can log in ONCE to this dumb app. It says for the future, I will have to set up the passkey. Well, then LET ME SET UP YHE PASSKEY. Ridiculous.

I can't take screenshots from Android. That doesn't help. Please remove that setting. If you want to demand receipts for things that are obviously medical bills, let me take a screenshot. You also do phishing-vulnerable MFA after requiring the same factor I just used for biometric MFA. What's up with that? I had to submit this in Google Play because the feedback form in the app deletes random words while I'm typing, and it won't let me paste.
