The app is very easy to use, most receipts are easily read by the app for quick claims. The main issue I've had with this app since about February is that I have to get a 2FA code EVERY time I log in. Even with biometric login enabled.

This app is fine but if I MUST have a PIN then why do I also need a password and if I have only ever used one device, it seems dumb that I have to get a text to use the same device. The rules change every time I try to log in. silly.

Few days after setting up Passkey, makes you do it again! Questions EVERY SINGLE CLAIM even when comes from health system that offers it to employees, and I am an employee. I have had FSA accounts for years and this company is terrible and not "easy" as they claim or what I have had in the past. Told today they use Ai to review claims, well there you go! Explains the stupidity.

Just having a bad experience. If you buy a chiropractor package of like for example, 7 massages. You have to go to all 7 massages then get a receipt then submit the claim. Mind you, you already paid for this and have the receipt of the payment for all 7 massages. According to them. You have to submit the receipt and proof that you went to all sessions. Sounds stupid? Yes it does.
