The app is very easy to use, most receipts are easily read by the app for quick claims. The main issue I've had with this app since about February is that I have to get a 2FA code EVERY time I log in. Even with biometric login enabled.

The interface is good and simple to use. However, recently when I take a picture of my receipts, it will kick me out of the app the first time I try to accept the picture. Then I have to fill out the claim all over again and when I accept the picture it will go through this time. Update: I am tired of these people denying claims for ridiculous reasons. Even my doctor doesn't understand what they want sometimes. If they have a problem, they have the doctor's phone on the bill, just call them!

Doesn't let you create claims unless the purchase was made using the healthcare card. And their healthcare card doesn't work with my provider. It also doesn't allow entering mileage the way the old wage works site did. They've just made it worse to make it harder to file claims for your own FSA money

Passkey garbage: Now they force everyone to use passkeys. Anyone who knows the phone lock screen code can get in. That is MUCH LESS secure than a password. I can't figure out how to log in on the website and customer service says the Passkey Group is closed until Monday morning. I wouldn't deal with these people except for the tax savings.

Just having a bad experience. If you buy a chiropractor package of like for example, 7 massages. You have to go to all 7 massages then get a receipt then submit the claim. Mind you, you already paid for this and have the receipt of the payment for all 7 massages. According to them. You have to submit the receipt and proof that you went to all sessions. Sounds stupid? Yes it does.
