I am working in Teleperformance. Previously I was in Thane office (Ashar IT Park), and now I have shifted to Malad office. In my AFM account, it is showing Thane office address, but when I am trying to change the address, it is not allowing me to do so. And I once logged out from the app. And when I am trying relogin, it's not allowing me to relogin also. Even I entered the password which is messaged to me. Please help to reset my account.

Cab location is not showing properly. Only when a passenger is picked up and upon his OTP entry, the cab location changes and halts there until the next pickup. Asks to change password every month which is not needed. Even banks ask us to update password every quarter. Lastly, it is compulsory to install Aroma Seth App otherwise this app cannot be used.
