I ordered food through them and My order was charged twice. He kept telling me my card was declined, so I had to send them cash app for my order. The next day my bank statement showed a payment to them for the same order I sent cash app for. I called them for a refund, and I was told to wait 24 hours because they don't see any payment post from my bank to them. I sent them a copy of the transaction on my account showing the amount against African dish out, and it was still not enough for a refund.

This app is absolutely horrible. They charged $5 extra for food at a restaurant when the food was only $18,even on other delivery sites. The food took over 2hrs to be delivered. It was soggy and cold by the time it arrived. Plus there delivery fees ain't cheap, just for them to charge more money for the food. Horrible

The restaurant along with the app is so full of Spitz the food was cold wasn't what I asked for overpriced, and you don't get as much as you would if you were in the actual they're doing a very bad job at this one 🤬🤬🤬🤬
