After Words

Some things are easier to write than to say. Some things you want said even when you can't be there to say them.

After Words lets you write letters now and have them delivered later — to your children, your partner, your friends — exactly when you choose.

CHOOSE WHEN YOUR WORDS ARRIVE
• On a date — a birthday, a graduation, a wedding day, years from now.
• After a period of inactivity — if you stop opening the app for the time you set, your letters are sent.
• When people you trust confirm it — name trusted verifiers. If they report that you have passed away, your letters are delivered, and you always have a window to cancel simply by opening the app.

WRITE WHAT MATTERS
• A calm, distraction-free page designed for long, personal writing.
• Address one letter to several people. Each gets their own copy, and none sees the others.
• Edit any letter until the moment it is sent.
• Stuck on a blank page? Gentle prompts help you begin.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Letters are encrypted on your phone before they are stored.
• We never read your letters, never sell them, and never use them for advertising.
• Delete a letter, a verifier or your whole account at any time, right in the app.

YOUR TRUSTED VERIFIERS
Invite the people you trust to confirm your passing. They accept in the app, and you can see who is watching over your letters. You can act as a verifier for them too.

LETTERS THAT ARRIVE FOR YOU
When someone leaves a letter for you, it is delivered to your email and kept safely in the app, so it is never lost in an inbox.

AFTER WORDS PREMIUM
