The app is not only not user-friendly but also provides with limited tools. In addition, you constantly have to log in, since it logs you out automatically every time you close the app. And that process not only can be time-consuming, the application might freeze on you.

Constant issues on this app complicates the process of ad posting/editing. Lots of unnecessary time is wasted in having to repeat work already done or just to work around those issues. Please fix it!!!

This app is horrible. I have a Samsung Galaxy 20+ I have to uninstall and reinstall this app a couple of times a week. (Like now) Last week I uninstalled and tried to reinstall. The app was not listed in the play store. I emailed StreetEasy, I got a generic automated response through email. GET human StreetEasy! After days the app reappeared. No credits on my acct. I'm railroaded to use this app. The real estate advertising market is monopolized. And there's no customer service = sad 😞
