So hat das Developer Team die Möglichkeit, sich im gewohnten Umfeld in sozialer Kompetenz weiter zu entwickeln und der Scrum Master bekommt ausreichend Unterstützung, um die Lernumgebung dafür zu schaffen.
Mit der Agilen Microsession Toolbox (kurz AgiMiTo) werden Konzepte, Inhalte, sowie Übungen für das Scrumteam zur Verfügung gestellt. In einem Workshop arbeiten wir mit dem Scrum Master am individualisierten Vermittlungskonzept und stärken ihn in seiner Arbeit mit dem Developer Team.
Wie ist der Ablauf von AgiMiTo?
In einem Kick-off erarbeiten wir gemeinsam, in welchen Bereichen sich das Team entwickeln will und welcher Zeitaufwand zur Verfügung steht. Nachdem wir uns für einen Inhalt* entschieden haben, gibt es mehrere Unterthemen für die Sprints.
Vor einem Sprint individualisieren wir in einem Workshop mit dem Scrum Master die einzelnen AgiMiTo-Übungen. Der Scrum Master bringt diese dann ins Developer Team. Ebenfalls reflektieren wir gemeinsam was im Sprint davor gut funktioniert hat und was wir anpassen, damit das Team besser lernen kann.
Unsere AgiMiTo App unterstützt das Scrum Team dabei, auf alle Inhalte und Übung einen schnellen Zugriff zu haben und die persönlichen
Lerneinheiten zu koordinieren.
