Refreshing! I don't have to pay a monthly fee?! Ring doorbell cameras want a monthly subscription for a fraction of the capabilities. Excellent setup. Quick update: the user interface is not intuitive, but contrary to other reviews you can set the floodlight option. I turn it off in our backyard unless we're on vacation, as an example. If you have this professionally installed, ask your low-voltage contact to show you how it works.

Needed to get connected to Ameta Group for assistance getting some bugs sorted out after our installer could not get my android device to receive notifications. Seems to be working now but a user-friendly manual explaining how the system works would go a long way so that end users could read up and understand how the system works. I'm still quite confused about the system... Our installer was getting notifications on his iPhone while I got none on my android phone, so I don't get that...

This ap needs better consistency in notifications. 1. the notifications in the ap are not in sync with the notifications that im notified with 2. The nvr system has better AI capturing of pedestrians and cars than the android ap or the pc ap 3. Notifications and the ap DO not work when I've logged in to VPN. The main reason I got this ap is that I want to get notified of pedestrians on my phone or computer. All apps fall short of this-phone and pc. if this is fixed I will upgrade my rating

SoS! Pls help. There are many issues with this security system. Tried on 3 Android phones & 95+% of the motion events are not pushed to the app. Also, despite all the necessary settings, whatever notifications reach the app, are false or not properly shown in AI & do not pop up on the phone. Out of 6 cameras that I have, 2 do not switch on the spotlight upon motion at night. I am ABSOLUTELY UNSATISFIED as this system is NOT AT ALL performing as what a security camera system should do.

Not the greatest detection, detection bar is the worst with a light green background while detection is light blue what happened to the darkness? Why light blue? Why not make it red as intrusion line/warning sign? Sensitivity adjustments don't seem to work and adding line intrusion is a hit-and-miss.
