I have AI home Camera app version 2.04.14. Notifications only appear when I open the app, but they don't appear above the app, even though notifications are allowed from within Android I also noticed a problem when I want to save a part of the video in playback, it appears black, and I cannot play it back later on the phone, even though it can be played from within the application, so I hope you can help update the application to solve these problems.

I can't get any notifications after the latest update, and neither of the notifications aren't working in the background in Android, I should open the app manually in background or open to show the notifications, is anyone support here ?!

The worst company and advise not to use ever. Suddenly the app stopped working. Checked for update on play store, it showed update available. Then while try to log in it didn't work and asked to set the password again. To find out the app is empty no cameras added. Plus I have cloud storage subscription. All gone, and I'm away from cameras (traveling) seems scam company
