Very useless for converting airtime to cash, I tried, and they took 20% reduced the airtime and didn't let me withdraw it I had to rebuy back the airtime that has been reduced

Customer service is very unreliable. They are not open to helping solve a problem. They are a scam. It was easy to convert my airtime back to cash with a very heavy charge though. But, I haven't been able to withdraw into my account. For anyone reading this, just use another platform, so you don't regret it like me. They won't allow you to withdraw your money And until now, nothing has been done. Your customer service is very terrible!!! I sent an email, no response. I send messages, nothing!!!

This app is a scam cause how can I create and log into my account and convert my airtime to cash easily, 200 was deducted from my 1000 airtime though that's cool, but since morning I was unable to withdraw my cash till now even when they will still charge for fee😡😡😡😡, they kept on telling me invalid API key, what key?😡, I am very angry right now because I don't know the key they are speaking of, the key that is valid while converting airtime to cash, became invalid for withdrawal 😭😭😭😭😭😭
