Terrible sales follow through. I purchased & expensive bed No company follow up, No calls, no emails to see if my bed arrived, of if I need any customer support with the new bed. 1 bad instructions for mattress inflation process. I hate the comfort control for lumbar support. My whole bed inflation motor needs to be replaced with a updated motor. I would never purchase from this company again.

Doesn't automatically fill with air as air is gradually lost. Often won't connect over bluetooth. Little to no troubleshooting.

Bed pressures don't respond nor match those on the handheld controller. I think the app may be fine but the pump controller is not...
