After the last update, the app is not possible to connect to air-conditioning over Wi-Fi or the internet. From no tracker to 2 new trackers in the app caused the problem. All the functions are great to manage my air-conditioning.

Worked for a few days and now won't even connect, just crashes every time. IPhone app works fine, but the Android app is a terrible. I feel sorry for anyone who has only Android access and has wasted their money on this entire system.

Unstable app. Doesn't log in most of the time on mobile 4g, never on Wi-Fi.
App crashes often. This is extremely poor. It defeats the purpose of the
app and the purpose for having an air touch system al all together. Needs
fixing asap
